The library is located in the Yuquan Campus, backing on the Laohe Hill, next to the picturesque West Lake and Hangzhou Botanical Garden. It was established in 1897 as Qiushi Academy Library. The present building of 25542 sq metres is opened in 1982. Now we provide abundant collections of 1320,000 items primarily on Science and Engineering. We also provide books and periodicals of Economy, Management, and Humanities & Social Sciences.
